Reduce manual processes in your Microsoft ERP

Access to ChargeLogic Connect Ending Soon

We will be discontinuing the ChargeLogic Connect features for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV ERPs on September 30, 2024.

How will the discontinuation impact my business?

After September 30, 2024, your access to ChargeLogic Connect and its core features (listed below) will be discontinued:

  • Click-to-Pay
  • Payment Portal
  • E-commerce
  • Gift Cards
  • Secure Remote Storage

If you do not take any action, you will still be able to process payments in your ERP with our legacy solution, but will lose the features listed above.

Why is this change being made?

This change is being made to advance our technology, keep current with the latest PCI compliance guidance provided by the PCI Security Standards Council, and align with Microsoft’s Fixed Lifecycle Policy and Modern Lifecycle Policy.

MSFT Supported Versions

How do I know if this affects me?

Versapay ChargeLogic Connect customers still using any unsupported versions of Microsoft Business Central and NAV after September 30, 2024, will be impacted. According to Microsoft’s Fixed Lifecycle Policy and Modern Lifecycle Policy, all versions of NAV and versions of Business Central v21.x or earlier are no longer supported today. Business Central v22.x and higher are the only versions currently supported today by Microsoft.

Note: By September 2024, the only supported versions will be Business Central v23.x or later.

What are my transition options with Versapay?

1. Upgrade your ERP and migrate to Versapay’s newest offering

Switch to a Microsoft-supported ERP version (i.e., Business Central versions 23.x or later) and transition to Versapay’s ERP Payments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Collaborative AR solutions.

2. Stay on your current ERP version

Continue using your current ERP version—without the Connect features—and maintain the ability to only accept payments in your ERP.

3. Stay on your current ERP version and Add Collaborative AR

Continue using your current ERP version—without the Connect features—and automate accounts receivable tasks while collaborating with customers over the cloud with our Collaborative AR solution through a file-based integration.

That depends. You’ll need to work with your partner to determine what your current data protection type is, and the version of Versapay Payments you’re on or moving to. If you’re already using tokenization through another processor, unfortunately, you won’t be able to keep your cardholder data. If you’re using Encrypted Storage or Remote Storage (from ChargeLogic Connect), there’s a good chance your tokens can transition over.

Depending upon your current software configuration, you may experience a pricing change. Additional evaluation of your account may be required.
