A vendor sent me an invoice and when I tried to log in at versapay.com, I couldn’t pay it because I don’t think I have an account. When I tried to create one, I was prompted to contact Support. What should I do now?

Contact your supplier or vendor and ask them to email an invitation to you. The invitation will contain a link like Get Started Now, and from there you will be able to create an account on your vendor’s login page. Alternatively, look at the invoice notification that you received. There should be links on that email notification that will allow you to view the invoice or go directly to a payment page where you can pay the invoice without having to create an account.
